KEY POINTS IN THE APPEALS LETTER TO THE CA BOARD OF MED
FORCED MEDICINE IS VIOLENCE
"I have received notice that you, The State of California and involved persons are practicing medicine without knowing anything about my child’s healthcare and attempting to revoke her medical exemption without due process. I find this to be an attack on the well- being of my child and an intrusion on the Medical Freedom Rights of my family. I also find you to be in medical negligence to make revocations or provide medical advice without doing a thorough analysis of her medical information, of which I give you zero access to. Practicing medicine without a license, without knowing the patient, and participating in medical negligence are all illegal. So is the conspiracy to have other doctors force medical treatments on us against our will.
According to California Business & Professions Code 2052 it is a crime to engage in the unauthorized practice of medicine without a valid license. This is defined as practicing, attempting to practice, or advertising oneself as practicing, any system of treating an illness or affliction. You can be charged with a misdemeanor or a felony; when you are convicted you may spend up to 3 years in jail.
Specifically, California law prohibits the following activities if they are undertaken without a valid professional license:
1. Practicing, attempting to practice, or advertising oneself as practicing any system of treating illness or affliction;
2. Diagnosing, treating, operating on, or prescribing for any physical or mental condition; and
3. Engaging in a conspiracy to—or aiding and abetting someone else to—do any of those things. (2052)
Your illegal attempt to revoke my child’s medical exemption is both attempting to practice medicine without a medical license and conspiracy- aiding and abetting the school district and other doctors to enforce medical treatments against our will. You are also participating in Crimes Against Humanity, which is punished by death or long term imprisonment."
